At Critical Role Shop, we want you to love your loot, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on unworn fashion items in their original condition. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and clearance items may be marked as final sale.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in unwashed, unworn condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
